A-part of us — Semester-work, 2020 (digital because of Covid)
A-part of us offers insight into the structure and emotions of a long-distance relationship. My motivation was twofold: firstly, to raise awareness of this issue among those outside the relationship, and secondly, to process, reflect upon, and appreciate this long-distance relationship.
Core elements: Who we are, how we met, our shared artistic project, our email correspondence, my partner's move from Latin America to Europe, our meetings, the time we spent apart, the accumulated mementos, how we influence and enrich each other, and what we still dream of.
